How do I place an order online?
You can place an order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Just select your item or items you wish to purchase and 'Add To Cart'. Once items have been selected, follow the checkout procedure.

What are your delivery options?
We offer a 3-5 working day delivery using one of our chosen couriers. For more information on prices, please see our Delivery Information.
We can deliver larger items locally. Please call us on 01326 379075 for more information.
Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?
If the item has not yet been dispatched, we are able to change the delivery address. Please let us know as soon as possible by calling us on 01326 379075.
This will not be possible if the item has already been dispatched.
Can I add an extra item to my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to add an extra item to an existing order. If you wish to do so you will need to place a new order.
Do you take payment via PayPal?
Yes, we accept payment via PayPal.
The price has changed since I purchased my product. Will you refund me the difference?
Sorry, we cannot refund the difference. Once an item has been ordered the price is fixed. Just Delights reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?
Please check all your items once you receive them. If an item is faulty or damaged please email details within 5 working days of receiving the parcel or within 30 days should the fault develop after receipt.
If an item has a manufactering defect or is not fit for purpose within 6 months of receipt, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
Please make sure you read all product descriptions accurately. Any disclaimers or product variation due to their organic nature will be highlighted in the product description.
What happens if the product I received if the product is not 100% the same as the picture on your website?
Some of our products may vary either due to their organic nature or because the item is handmade. Each item is unique and will vary slightly to the item photographed. Dimensions may also slightly vary.
What is your returns policy?
All items may be returned within 21 days of dispatch date. You are responsible for covering the cost of the return unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
How do I return an item?
All items due to be returned must be in their original packaging with the returns paperwork. We suggest that you return the item either Recorded or Signed For so you can track the parcel - a receipt is not proof of postage.
Can I collect/return my order directly from/to the store?
Please select the 'Collect In Store' option when checking out to collect item at our Penryn store. Please see About Us for shop opening times.
